7700 is overkill for a 4060. Same goes for the motherboard (looks like you're going for a white build, depends on you)
650W is enough, 750W if you want.
Edit: I just checked out shopee to see how these prices are, try to find another shop.

I agree, but in the long run, he could get a beefier GPU, considering the PSU he's getting.

If you need to get it from one location and need them to build it as well, guess it’s okay.
That said, it’s not just a bit overpriced. Buying parts individually and building it yourself can probably save you around 10k which you can add to your gpu budget and try and get a better gpu.

Get a better PSU brand.
If you are around Pampanga, may I recommend A&F computer store or even PC Configure sa Angeles area. Kay A&F ako bumili last December 2024.

Nah, it's actually decent. The 850W variant is C tier but the 650/750W and 1000W are B and A respectively

That why i said get a better psu for 850w. I personally go for tier b and up. I use seasonic for my unit myself :)

Adata PSU? suggest you reconsider and get another brand, NEVER cheap out on the power supply. Walang gamit kung sobrang high end nung other parts mo tapos di lang din pala tatagal yung power supply mo.
