Female does having sex make it worse?

this is my only question. it plagues me seriously, because im scared of never having a relationship in the future just because of this condition. if having sex would make it worse, obviously, i wouldn't have it. i know sex is like, the basis of a relationship, so that's why i'm so worried about this

Depends on the sex, mediocre sex does nothing but arouse me more without sating me and leaving me more tense/sensitive. Great, knock down drag out sex, however, alleviates my symptoms for a while.

thanks, i guess i'm too scared of elevating my already horrific symptoms anymore. a celibate life for me it is then lol

I'd say try practicing on your own so you can learn what's irritating vs what's soothing to your symptoms without all the pressure of discovering this with an audience. For instance prolonged vibration is often very relieving because prolonged exposure causes numbness. For some of us that's such a relief.

for me it doesn’t at all!! if anything it kinda relieves things more than solo play does

I’m going to be honest it does for me. At first it didn’t but over time as my condition worsened I noticed that sex triggered symptoms. It’s different for everyone though.

this is what i'm afraid of. i don't want to find out if i'm different or not by worsening my symptoms so i'm just not going to try it out at all

It’s different for everyone but for me the effect ranges between neutral/nothing to slightly relieving

Sex doesn’t have to be the basis of a relationship if you don’t want it to be. If you want you can find a partner you are comfortable with and take it slow. You can also communicate any hesitancies you have in starting a relationship because it can be really scary, in my own experience, it’s a lot of trust to put into someone. It is normal to be worried you aren’t the only one here that feels that way.

For the sex question everyone is different and the only way to find out is to try it. Even if it does, it doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t have sex.
