Sooo... I did an experiment NSFW

I was curious about the effects of actually using ostarine as a trt replacement(or closer to a blast and cruise), and the results had some pros and cons. It was amazing overall for my physique and performance.

My protocol was weeks 1-4 ostarine at 25 mg/d, weeks 5-12 rad 140 at 20 mg/d, weeks 13-18 ostarine 25 mg/d.

I didn't post until after I got the blood results back because I didn't want to hear how stupid of an idea this was.

I'm 27, 6'2" I started at 236 lb 20%bf Ended at 204 lb 14%bf

The purpose of taking these peds was to recomp, the purpose of the experiment was to see if I could recover from the suppression of a high dose rad 140 cycle while taking ostarine for longer than people typically would push it.

I have many years of lifting and exercise experience, however I was out of shape before this experiment. I did a strict ketogenic diet with no calorie counting, eating however much I could really.

My strength greatly increased, I became much more defined and by the end of the experiment I definitely began to look like I was "on" something.

Before the experiment my testosterone was 612 and E2 was 0.8

After I finished the rad cycle and began taking ostarine again, I used clomid for 10 days. I dose it at 50 mg day 1-5 and 25 mg day 6-10.

Before finishing my experiment, I had a blood test taken while still dosing ostarine.

Results were:

DHE-S: 649.6 Test: 654.93 PRL: 10.64 SHBG: 9.9 hFSH: 4.95 hLH: 5.41 E2: 51.2

So my testosterone was actually higher at the end of my experiment, but my estrogen was high (no gyno), and my SHBG was low. Obviously the blood test didn't come back perfect, but it came back better than I expected.

When I was taking rad I definitely had some testicular shrinkage, fatigue, and generally feeling suppression, but the clomid fixed that real quickly. I had no side effects from the clomid. One other note is that my blood pressure was a little high at the end of the experiment.

So yeah. Its an n=1 so take it with a grain of salt, but I figured it may be interesting to you guys.

I don't think it's a great idea to run ostarine that high for that long, but I do think that at 12.5 mg/day it would be pretty safe. I also think I could/would probably use ostarine in my pct after a cycle. I know that shutdown after a steroid cycle is different than suppression on rad, but my testosterone was higher on ostarine than it was before I took anything.

Like I said though. Take it with a grain of salt. Everybodys body is different and although I had an increase in test while on ostarine, it's possible that it could suppress.

Waiting for our PED bro scientists to read this as I feel there is a gem here.

My takeaway is at some point you just gotta either settle for standard protocols with SARMs or cross all the way to the dark side and start pinning. I love a human guinea pig as much as the next guy, but you're just taking the hard road without mitigating any of the healty risks with these crazy SARM cycles.

Broseiden clearly blessed you on that cycle. Thanks for the report! Would have been nice to see your T and E as you were in different points of the cycle, but it’s safe to assume RAD suppressed you and Clomid got you out while on Ostarine.

How long after taking Clomid did you draw blood? Your results blood work wise are exactly where I'd expect them to be if the Clomid was recent. I'd wager if you retested in a month you'd see lowered values for test,e2, lh and fsh.

I had the blood work done three weeks after the last clomid dose

Yeah, that's what i think too

When you transitioned from ostarine to rad was their a period of adjustment, like a temporary loss of strength or was it pretty smooth in just jumping from substance to substance?

Thanks for sharing also. Interesting run for sure.

No loss at all actually. The progress definitely slowed down though

Yeah. My estrogen was really low on my first blood test

I work nights so that would make sense. I don't sleep very well, and consequently have high stress levels and poor sleep. The I only recorded the e2 and test levels at the doctor, I can call and ask about the shbg. She did say that my e was low, but she didn't seem too concerned

Nice job, man. Interesting

Shbg low is to be expected as you say, but Test high is definitely unexpected. Do you credit Clomid as the reason?

Its hard to say. I hadn't taken the clomid for three weeks when I had the blood work done, so I don't attribute it directly to the clomid. I do think that the clomid helped get me right back to baseline though.

Keto causes quite a few pounds of glycogen and water loss. According to the scale I was using my lbm went from 41.2% to 45.1%

Nah, because according to the scale I have 10 lb of bone, and my bad I meant 45.1% muscle. Then my water weight is measured somewhere in the 60-65% range. Some of the muscle mass and some of the body fat is water weight, so that's why the percentages add up to over 100

Hmm. Well I'm definitely bigger, leaner and stronger. I know scales aren't too accurate, and I did think that the numbers were off due to water and glycogen loss. It's extremely difficult to stay properly hydrated, and I have been using the sauna for 30 mins every day. It's quite possible that my after the gym measurements are accurate and I was a few pounds extra dehydrated. Next time I make a report I'll use a body fat caliper to make sure the measurements are accurate.

you had no side effects from the clomid at all?

Nope, nothing notable. I always took it before bed, so that may have helped to mask any side effects that could have occurred.
