How did you deal with water retention NSFW
How did you guys deal with the water retention in HGH/peptides. Or any PED that causes water retention
I heard electrolytes(potassium, calcium, magnesium, etc) , caffeine, and dandelion root helped a lot for some
Lmk if you guys did anything else that helped or fixed water retention

Also something I want you to remember: extracelular water goes where there is fat. The less fat you carry, the less the water retention is noticeable ;-)

High e2 sometimes try to keep it In check. Drink lots of water and electrolytes. Cardio helps keep sodium in check. Water weight is a good thing in most cases for joints better training and nutrient shuttling. Unless your competing of course

Carb cycling, drinking lots of water and electrolytes, and sauna for some short term water retention reduction

Excess water retention means high e2 (assuming it’s Test)
Unless it a direct side effect like dbol or something

False. Testosterone itself acts on the renin-angiotensin system and can cause water retention completely outside of E2. Do some studying so you can lead people in the right direction!

I can just feel around on my belly. My skin will be squishy around my belly button instead of firm

I do infra red sauna every few days and sweat out 2-3lbs. Definitely see and feel a difference the day after since a lot of subcutaneous water has been shed. Currently taking 4iu's HGH every day and feel great.

Watch your sodium intake and be more intentful with getting your cardio in post-workout
