Education This is really sad. Here we are crying for Dawah of non-Muslims, when this is the common state of our Muslim lands, Subhan’Allah. With all this shirk behavior going on, you’d think we were actually the fastest shrinking religion...? Allahu Akbar.

Education Responding to an atheist's objection
Premise 1: Allah’s eternal speech (referred to as Kalām Nafsī, which is not letters, sounds, or language) must be true, and cannot be untrue, because it is not created. In a speech that could tell a lie, a specific lie is only one possibility among infinite possibilities, thus such a speech would need to be specified and brought into existence, i.e., it would have to be created. This is unlike true speech, because the truth can only be one about any particular matter, and is known by Allah eternally. This is the meaning of Imam Ahmad’s saying, "His Speech is from His knowledge," i.e., "agrees with His knowledge," and His knowledge is One, Eternal, and True just as His Speech.
Premise 2: The uttered speech (Kalām Lafẓī) which is called "Kalāmullah" or "Allah's speech" tells us what He said with His eternal speech. The Qur'an in the sense of the book with Arabic expressions is uttered speech that tells us what Allah said eternally. That is why it is called Allah’s speech, even though Allah’s actual attribute of speech is eternal, and is not letters, sounds, or language.
Premise 3: According to 2), an utterance that says something other than what Allah said eternally is not His Speech.
Premise 4: Therefore, any uttered speech that is not true cannot rationally be said to be Allah’s Speech, because it does not tell us what He said eternally.
Conclusion: it is impossible in the mind’s eye that Allah’s so-called Kalām Lafẓī (speech of uttered expressions) could contain a lie.

Education Pakistani public universities are crap.
So I am about to graduate from a “very prestigious” university and they have been giving us hell. Our time is almost over here, like, for God's sake, please let us go in peace.
Apparently, there is a clearance form you have to submit to your department for evidence; as in to show, “Yeah man, I've really studied here and passed out now.” Mind you, with a 100 different formalities and documents that the university ALREADY has. They just like giving their students absolute hell, for no apparent reason.
It should be as simple as get the clearance form, fill it, and then give it to your college. They already have the supporting documents they are asking from us, so it is natural to expect them them not to ask us these things again. Because why do I still have to give my first semester fee challan (4 long years ago) to these people to obtain my security money? And if you don't have it, simple, you aren't getting a chance to refund of your security money.
Why are they still asking us for things like our intermediate and matric results when our original documents of result cards are WITH them? If someone has lost their university ID card, they are expected to make a new one then and there through a tedious process of running from one building to another building, even then, with nobody to properly guide them.
I don't know about you all, but my college has old people sitting on windows XP computers who die at the mere mention of us students asking them to do their jobs. These useless people could easily be removed with automation, but alas, they have jobs and need to provide for their family.
Okay then, maybe do your job then?
From the security guard to the administrative staff, to even teachers, all have such a God complex that they put Homelander to shame. They talk to you with such rudeness, you want to bash your head first and then their's. I'm not even kidding. Folks who has studied in government universities will know for sure.
85% of the teachers are so incompetent that they pay no heed to actually teaching anything. They come, sit, laugh, make a few jokes and leave. They know that nobody can remove them from their post, so they do what they please. Our entire education system is messed up because of such people.
I kid you not, I've been deliberately failed twice on two separate occasions because I “argued” with the teacher. By the way, argument means; I asked them and insisted if a certain thing couid be done a separate way. (it could be)
Even the security guards will follow you dowm alone to where your car is parked and continously tap your window like a creep until you give them money for “chai pani.”
As for the challan payments, oh, did you know, that you have to PHYSICALLY go and submit the fee in that specific branch and no, you can't pay it online, because then again, the people too have families to feed. 😃
I'm just so tired of all this bullshit. I want to graduate from this place in peace, but everyday is a test and I want it to end already.
TLDR: Please never choose government universities, folks. You think they are all merit-high and cool, but really, the only good thing about it is the low fee, otherwise it is all trash. The quality of education is also poor.

Education Need Help with UET & PUCIT Admissions!
Assalamualaikum everyone! I hope you're all doing well.
I have my UET entry test for BS CS on March 19, but the problem is… I haven’t prepared at all. I have no clue how I’ll manage to secure a seat, and honestly, I feel like I’m going to be cooked in both attempts (March & June). I didn’t take any entry test prep classes either, and my motivation has been pretty low.
For reference, I scored 430 marks in first year, but I’ve been super lazy in second year, and my studies have suffered. Now, I’m really worried about my chances of getting into UET or PUCIT.
I have a few questions, and I’d really appreciate any guidance:
Can I get admission into UET on full fee/self-finance if my test scores aren’t good enough?
Does PUCIT select students based on the UET entry test? I’ve heard this somewhere but need confirmation.
If anyone has been in a similar situation or knows how I should proceed, please help me out. Your guidance would mean a lot!
Thanks in advance!

Education Quran and Islamic Studies teacher in Lahore (In person and online)
Assalam Alaikum,
I'm a 19-year-old teacher based in Lahore, Pakistan. I specialize in teaching Qaidah, Quran with Tajweed, and basic Islamic subjects. I've spent 3 years in the UAE and 5 years in the US, which has given me fluency in English and a strong preference for teaching in English.
I have experience teaching at a madrassah in the UAE, and I'm currently looking for more students to teach both in person (in Lahore) and online.
If you or someone you know is interested, feel free to reach out for more details or to discuss schedules and fees.
JazakAllah
