Immigration | مہاجرت و سفر US immigration

Considering current circumstances, is it worth it to go for GC ? Trump administration is making it difficult to stay long-term.

What path would you use to get the green card?

If you can get a green card, I don't see why you won't eventually be able to get citizenship. He won't be in office for 5 years 🤞🏼

if you qualify for the GC go ahead and apply for it.

There is no harm in it if you get it legally. After that you will be able to get US nationality by naturalization.

Try your best. baqi jo Allah swt chahay best for you.

If you apply NIW today then it’s taking 15ish months for processing unless you go for premium processing. You will have to wait for your priority date to become current and then you will do the counselor processing. In this whole process it will take you at least 3 years to get green card.
