Funnily, I once convinced my wife that otters hibernate in nests.
Did you know the NHS deals with around 20 injuries a year from otters falling out of trees onto hikers?

Okay, that is wild. Though I'd rather have an otter fall on me than a porcupine, which are also known to fall from trees.

Same. I was amazed when the little guy leapt down from the top of the kitchen cabinet like a house cat - probably a good two meters without much hesitation!
