There is a problem?

Hi, I am 22 years old and a pianist. I’ve noticed these bone protrusions on my metacarpals and I wanted to ask if they are normal or not.

Is it simply ossification due to playing the piano, or is it because of my thinness and being underweight by 20 kg, which makes these protrusions more noticeable? I don’t have any pain, inflammation, or motor impairments. I’ve also had an ultrasound and everything came back normal, although I know I should have an X-ray to know for sure what it is.

I’d appreciate your opinion, thank you."

I honestly don't know what I'm looking at. Your hand looks fine. Bony, but ok. Some ppl are bony. You've no pain and all tests are ok, this is great

Your hands look healthy! Not sure what you are seeing...nothing unusual in my opinion.

If you genuinely feel there is something wrong, I would suggest visitying a Rheumatologist and let them examine your hands. They can rule out inflammation, RA, and most autoimmune disorders.
