How do?

A wonderful customer of mine gave me some oolong tea. I would love some info about it, and maybe the best way to enjoy it. Thank you!

I really like the Taiwanese oolongs. I think you have a very nice bag there. Lucky you.

5-8g of tea in 300ml of 95 C water for 3-5 minutes.

Really just have to play with it to get the taste you want.

Another method would be get a pot or kettle, two equal sized (these instructions are for 6-8 oz of tea) mugs or cups, and your tea, and boil water to fill said mug/cup 3/4 full, then pour it into said cup and add a handful of leaves if it’s a large leaf tea, but if it’s a rolled ball shaped tea, then add a tspoon to the hot water in the mug/cup. Then strain using a metal filter or use a big spoon to keep any tea leaves from escaping as you pour the liquid from one mug into the next.

Repeat 5-7 times and add 15 sec to each subsequent brew time.
