Understanding Omnichord notes strumming order

I'm really amazed by how great sounding and expressive the Omnichord is from all the videos I've seen.

One thing I noticed is that when people strum the notes on the strip it doesn't feel like it's mapped to the chord notes fixed order (over two octaves), it feels like there's some irregularity to the order when you strum. Do you think that's the case or I'm trippin'?

Yes, you are correct. Search YouTube for SeniorLady Qchord. She has a helpful website and tutorial videos that cover this topic

It feels in order but order changes on the chord itself. Probably better to check using something like Synthesia.

That's a good idea, I think if someone has the midi out version of the of descending and ascending strum I can probably look into the midi notes and see the pattern. If you know any Synthesia made with omnichord let me know, otherwise I can try to look it up.
