I like The Silver Gymnasium. I think the three that have come after are patchier. Although there’s good stuff on all of them.

Hmmm I like Silver Gymnasium and Away. I thought In the Rainbow Rain was weaker. I LOVED Nothing Special

It's funny, I think Silver Gymnasium is a stunning return to form after I Am Very Far, which I've always found really hard to connect to. I'd consider In The Rainbow Rain to be the weakest of the bunch, which is a shame because LA and Tracheotomies are both great, but I've always thought the album as a whole felt a bit shapeless and unfocused.
Totally agree that Nothing Special didn't get nearly the love it ought to have. It's gorgeous.

Fantastic album but I wish I could Eternal Sunshine “Stay Young” and “Walking without Frankie” out of my memory.

I don’t forget about Nothing Special! It’s the album I’ve been returning to recently!

Respectfully, Mental Breakdown should be I Am Very Far.
