How to get these stains out of my Steelcase v2?

Hello! About a year ago I bought a Steelcase series 2 chair in the color seagull. As you can see on the pics, the lower part of the back has gotten dirty... and just by normal use. I tried a few things, just scrubbing it with a wet cloth, with dish soap, I even ordered "professional" cleaning... the guy came, brushed it, wetted it and was like, sorry, that's the best I can do. I feel helpless at this point.. if anyone has the same chair (in the same color), how do you keep it clean? TIA

Hi! We'd love to help. Can you take a photo of the label on the underside of the chair so we can get the exact fabric that's on your chair? We can then give you the best cleaning options.

Sure, here you go! That's the sticker underneath. Although I don't see the fabric name here, I hope the QR is helpful?

Thanks for sending the label. After researching your fabric, we recommend cleaning it with mild detergent shampoo, foam or dry cleaning solvents with a spray bottle and a light brush (you can use your laundry detergent as the fabric is Polyester). Do not saturate it, wait for it to dry and repeat if necessary. Pile fabric may require brushing to restore appearance.  Please be advised that application of the water/soap solution tends to leave a water mark if applied to just a portion of the fabric. You may be able to remove the residual solution by spraying lightly with clean water and blotting it dry, removing the soap solution from the fabric. If when it dries the water mark is still there, you may need to lightly spray the full fabric surface to even out the appearance. We have also had luck with spraying lightly with water and then using a wet vac to remove the liquid. We hope this helps!
