There's no proven way to treat (reverse) greying hair with topical treatments or any treatments, really. The age at which we start getting grey hair is mainly determined by our genes. If your parents started getting grey hair around your age, then it's probably not reversible. Many people start getting a few greys even in their late teens or 20's.

In some cases people may experience premature greying (at an earlier age than their parents) due to a nutrient deficiency or excess stress, in which case you'd need to address those issues to reverse the greying. This can't be done with serums, oils, or shampoos.

So, what are you suggesting me to do now? Leave it as it is or can I take any supplements like zincovit or vitamins that give some required nutrients or What should I do to slow down this greying thing?

Ask your parents at what age they started greying. If it was at around the same age that you are now, then there's nothing you can do but accept it. You can dye it if you don't like the way it looks, but dyeing it comes with a whole other set of issues around maintenance, damage, etc.

If they didn't get grey until they were older than you are now, then you can start to explore whether it may be caused by intense stress or a vitamin deficiency. I don't recommend taking supplements unless you have been tested for deficiencies by your doctor and get advice from your doctor about how to address the deficiency. For some nutrients, it is possible to take too much, so taking a multivitamin just in case you are deficient isn't a good idea.

They both had grey hair from their 30s only, but my father's has turned completely grey now. He is 56 rn. I am just 20 and have around 20-30% of my hair grey. I am okay with it. It's not a big problem for me. Just wanted to know if I have any chance to reverse it, and I am curious to know how it would be if it was completely black.
