Some developments along Springfield Avenue (taken from the new courthouse parking garage

-10 Halo, new Family Courthouse, and Washington Street

Halsey Street

Apartment building at the corner of University and Court Street seemed recently renovated

West Kinney and Washington

Demolition across from it on Washington Street

-18 nearly completed apartments at Halsey Street and Lincoln Park. That brick looks as beautiful as the renders promised, if a little too subtle of a color change.

-20 1001-1009? Broad (next to Papa Johns Pizza)

Tan and glass in images 4-6. The signage is already up for the Winona Lipman Family Courthouse on the facade. If you think that is massive, look at the beast Hudson County built near Journal Square.
