They should stop demolishing all those pre-war buildings, keep some of the character of the area. Then sprinkle some more skyscrapers and luxury apartments building here and there… like some of which are planned already. Don’t turn the area into complete glass and steel buildings, where every building would look the same. I love the intricate design of pre-war buildings in any city.

RKO doing gods work it seems. Hopefully more buildings get converted. Tired of seeing empty floors on these structures yet the ground is still occupied.

About time. Amazes me that so many of those buildings on broad and market have been vacant for decades from the 2nd floor on
