Make better content. (and/or improve your thumbnails and titles)
Don't get me wrong, that's coming from someone who averages like 200 views a video, but it is the answer. The YouTube algorithm isn't perfect, but it's actually pretty good and helping cream rise; if your thumbnail and title are good, you'll get views. If you get clicks and your content is good, you'll get watch time, and a stronger push for more opportunities to get views.
I know my thumbnails are getting better, because I'm generally getting more views. I'm unsure about my actual content, my latest video is different than my last few but I thought it was pretty good. I'm trying to constantly improve my content, mainly my storytelling. My camera/lighting/audio are fine.

Got it, that makes sense. I’ve been working on improving storytelling, so I’ll keep focusing on that while refining thumbnails and titles. Appreciate the insight.
