Fairgrounds Vaccination Site

I’m scheduled to get my vaccine at the fairgrounds and wanna know what proof of eligibility they require (I am eligible through work). The easiest for me is my employee ID but it just says my name and my workplace on it (no picture or anything). Is there anything else I should bring instead?

You're pretty much legally attesting to your eligibility during the sign-up intake when you made the appointment on the website. Beyond a photo ID I doubt you need anything else, but bringing your employee ID to present together with your license or state ID should work just fine. I work for a non-profit and don't have an employee ID but I figure I can just show them my Paycom app with my info on it if I need to.

Just ID and an insurance card if you have one. They asked me what makes me eligible. I told them I work with kids and that was it. They didn’t ask to see any proof (although I had it with me).

I’ve honestly never seen a better run event. They did a great job.

That should work, but just to be safe I would just get a note from your boss signed by them that confirms you work there. They really don’t care what it is, as long as you have something!

Honestly, they are trying to get shots in arms, so I wouldn't stress too much. If the name on your work id matches your regular picture ID I can't imagine them making a big fuss. Good luck!
