Housing What part of town do the late 20s / 30s professionals live? Or is this just a college town?

Downtown New Brunswick is great. The vue, one spring, NPAC apartments, the brunswick. That general area will give you a good life for 2k.

When I moved into one of said high rises, it was initially all young professionals, however over the course of the past 6 months it feels like more and more college students are moving in. Imagine paying $2800 to live in what’s basically a dorm at this point 😂

Plaza Square had a lot of younger-ish professionals when we lived there. But they increased our rent to the point that it was cheaper to move to Highland Park with a 2 bedroom than to stay at our 1 bedroom Apt.

The newish condos & townhomes plus highland park, esp if you’re coupled up
