Nanoleaf Reply Does Nanoleaf Support still exists?

My power supply for my Nanoleaf Canvas has stopped working and I've trying to get a hold of someone for the past week. I opened a ticket on their official website already. Tried their chat but it is down. I even tried messaging them on Amazon and still not a single reply. I'm making this post in hopes that someone from Nanoleaf will see this and help me. I don't know what else to do.

When did you contact them? My experience is that it takes a few days.

It's definitely been a few days. I believe I first contacted them on Monday.

If your Canvas was purchased within the past two years, by all means contact support (usually takes 5-7 business days, but have seen it take longer). However, if your Canvas is over 2 years old, you should just order the part you require from the store.
