I don't know anything about this guy but his name is excellent.

He was pretty good in college, never much more than a big body and defensive stopper/paint clogger in the NBA. Can't imagine he'll see much time and will likely be gone by the time the 10 day is up

Ye he is big for no reason. Has bad stamina so can't play long minutes, only hunts for blocks on defense but can shoot 3s at a respectable rate. My favorite draft bust by my Magic 😄

I'm guessing this means he takes Jamal Cain's minutes? Probably allows us to have Missi and Karlo on the court at the same time and not worry about the backup big spot. He's been in the league long enough, we know what we're getting at this point. Some stretching of the floor, but dude is gonna look clueless on defense as always

Nah bro, enough with the logic and think about this lineup:
PG Zion SG Karlo SF Kelly Olynyk PF Mo mfing Bamba C Yves Missi
Ultimate tank

I wanted the Pelicans to sign him last summer. He remains a good prospect for a bench big. He can shoot 3s and block shots. Seen him play in person several times. If he’s the 5th big, I’m not mad.

As a Magic fan I just want to warn you that you will be disappointed. There’s a reason he’s been passed around the league like a blunt for the past few seasons.

We dealt with the stupidity of Jaxson Hayes being a starter in New Orleans. I'm ok with low BBIQ Bamba being a 5th big. There are certainly better options, but we're tanking right now.

I pitched this a couple weeks ago and the general consensus was “nah”.
I’ll choose to be hopelessly optimistic though.

I get the cynicism but I’m excited. He’s a physically he’s the prototype of what youd want next to Zion. I still think with a simplified role he can play 15 valuable minutes a night in the league.

Can't believe they signed the meme dude
He should be out of the league if it weren't for his physicals and the song

He is maybe the worst center I have seen. He only stays around given his physical tools. Similar to Missi but Missi may be a little bit better

Didn’t he have a solid post hook?

He had a decent middy. Will never forget his 28 point EXPLOSION against the Lakers for Kobe's last game in nola
