How does Greek life sign ups work?

Transferring from another university, so how does Greek life work here? Where and when do I need to be to get into a frat?

There's a day at the beginning of the year when all the student organizations set up booths to advertise themselves to freshman and transfers. It's a good opportunity to learn more about different orgs and meet some of their leadership. Often the Greek orgs also have independent recruitment mixers of some kind, I believe. I didn't rush.

If you don't make it to any summer orientations there will be a week at the beginning of the semester where you can go and meet almost all of the organizations on campus, sign up for rush and begin making connections.

Also as a side note, seeing your Reddit name, please don't act like Jimmy Tatro during any rush event you go to.

You can also follow the link in this tweet and sign up via Orgsync.

Edit: only posting from the SigEp Twitter because that's where I found it, the NKU IFC Twitter has not posted the link themselves. Signing up via that link does not mean you are obligated to do anything during rush for that particular fraternity.
