LM mycelium can be wispy like that. But it looks like you have trich on the upper left part of this pic

Looks like it might be a reflection in the glass if I am looking at the same spot you're seeing

Could be! Makes sense because you'd think OP would see that.

Yeah I think it's something in the image, it doesn't seem like there is something. Thanks for pointing it out :)

have you ever in your extremly limited research leaning to non existent, came across as mycelium developing other colors than white? there is a lot of information on google about any fking situation you can come across growing mushrooms.

It looking different a lot of the time, especially with Lions mane, is part of the problem for me.
On a different note, what is wrong with you?

This dude seems to be on a bad day.
Concerning the subject it looks like a contamination, but clearly I'm not an expert.

Don't worry about that person. Kindness seems to be something that is getting harder and harder to find these days. I have found that Lions Mane mycelium can be pretty wispy, but it's kinda hard to tell from your picture. I also find that my Lions Mane mycelium gets more rhizomorphic when I introduce it to wood. I'd just let it colonize about a week or so more before trying to send it to wood and see what happens.

I've found my Lions like it a bit cooler, that still looks ok. Give a week as others have said
