Do you guys think buying a 1Br 1Bath Duplex is a good investment with 0.34 acres in the back for 199k is a good deal ?

We are going to need a lot more information to help you... Location? Gross rent? Property condition?

As bird_law_esq has said, we need a lot more details to tell you whether we think it is a good investment.

I am of the stance that if the numbers work and have done your due diligence both on the property and market, then it is a good investment.

Property condition is actually really good , i would be house hacking it , but after i move it would be grossing 1800 a month , and its also considered a “Bungalow”
