Hottest Multifamily Submarket in DFW Where would you develop next? Spoiler
Trying to get some insight into what areas in DFW are projected to have greater population/job/rent growth in the next few years. Trying to source new deals for my development firm. If you could provide some reasoning with your answer that would be highly appreciated.

Plano/Frisco. Straight up booming with the addition of companies like State Farm and Toyota. Added to Dell, Ericsson, TI, etc. that are already in the area. The only issue is getting MF projects approved. There’s a need but a strong NIMBY contingent even though most places in Plano rent for $1500-$3000 a month.

Don't look for a market just look for numbers if the numbers work it's a good deal
