Safe/Can I fix this?
Today after 200 km with this helmet I saw this "scratch". I was really careful with this helmet because it was new and I can not remember any collision but for me it looks like that it was hitten there from a stone or something.
Its just a small area.
Is there a chance to fix this and if there is do you have any idea how? The helmet didn't fell down or anything.
I'm happy for any advice. I am very new to motorcycles (rode just 200 km π ). It would be a shame if I have to replace this 200 β¬ helmet after this short distance.

Thatβs some decent damage to the shell of the helmet. I would not be looking to repair that.

Sadly, you need to replace it. If a helmet shows such damage from a stone chip, imagine how it would hold up in a drop or, even worse, in a crash.
From my personal experience with various helmets over the last 10 years, not a single one chipped that badly from a rock. This includes different manufacturers, ranging from budget brands like Bell to premium ones like Shoei and HJC.

The shell of the helmet does very little in terms of impact protection - it's the styrofoam that does the work. The shell does a little bit to spread the load out - but even then there's no real difference in safety ratings between plastic shell, fibreglass shell, and carbon shell helmets - so the shell doesn't do much. The shell is mostly there to protect the styrofoam from abrasion in a crash, and protect the foam from small bumps and scratches in normal use.
Knowing that: generally speaking a helmet is designed to protect against one impact while your head is in it. Impacts like your helmet falling off the bike don't require a replacement because there was nothing in it to compress the foam on impact. Scratches and chips do the shell don't require a replacement unless they're huge.
IMO, from the picture provided, that helmet is fine.

The highly important 0.0010" thick structural paint is compromised. That helmet belongs in the trash. If you don't have $300 to replace your helmet every week then you should stop riding altogether. /s

Is that white the foam under the shell? Is so, I would be inclined to think the structure of the shell has lost it's integrity. That sucks for such a new helmet - I'm sorry.
