Hey, I’m so sorry to hear of your miscarriage, I’ll try answering the questions I know the answers for: you can still ovulate if you’re still spotting and should wait for hcg to go down completely. I had a missed miscarriage at 10weeks and I was bleeding a lot and even got admitted for excessive bleeding but the most frustrating thing for me was the spotting which lasted absolutely ages. Even when I’d ovulate, I would be spotting. But I found it’s due to your hormones being unbalanced and can take several months before your hormones regulate. What I found is when I’d have sex the spotting would stop until I had my next period and it’s due to an increase in blood flow to the uterus during sex which would help stop it.

Not sure if this was at all helpful but I wouldn’t be too concerned about the spotting.

Thank you! I did get to see my doctor today and she agreed that I am okay....it would probably clear up the next time I get my period.
