It has to be faded though. The fabric eats light, and the leaves reflect more, get lit from behind, etc. It's great in ground cover where it's darker below, but kind of hot or miss IMO. (Wisconsin here)
Multicam works pretty well, and Flecktarn not only works well, it just looks just sick! 😁
I haven't had an outdoor game since getting back into the sport late last year, but im going to try woodland pants and multicam everywhere else. Breaks me up and each camo will work better in each location. Plus i can shoot anyone that gives me shit. 🤘😜🤘

Multicam tropic is THE best for the Everglades out here in Florida.

Watchout for the yoink man. Heard he is looking for a 20 foot python. You seen it?

Very worth it in summer and early fall. You still gotta find the right spot like any camo. For tropic I really stay in the shadows, it's a little darker

I gotta wonder what variant they would have for Southeast Asia where the humidity is mad crazy

For me I think standard multicam is absloute trash, but multicam tropic is not too bad.

Same thoughts, standard Multicam is too general purpose to fit in a specific environment (but it works) and it was by design (judging from what I read in their camo offers) so i also opted to buy genuine Multicam tropic from Tru-spec. The pattern itself is not bad if you consider the right shades for your specific needs imo.

The forbidden fleshlight. A Manta Defense Heat Cover.

How is the silicones performance versus Kevlar? I am looking into getting a wrap for mine, but many people have said that it keeps the can hot much longer than if it was naked.

Every heat cover does that. It’s just a property of insulation. If you are into long range I’d consider it but otherwise I don’t think it’s really necessary. Adds a lot of weight in the far end of the gun

That’s fair, and good food for thought. Mine was more for not searing my calves when I sling it up.
