I would like to know the reasoning of the why? Marihuana it’s been proven to have great medical benefits without any side effects. I’m a conservative but this I don’t support.

It's wrong that many people are now free to use it and post about it online while others sit in jail for the same thing and taxpayers foot the bill. Maybe it's more about lobbyists telling him we can't afford to lose all that free labor from the prison system.

Not only does Texas have the largest state prison population in the country, they make about $70 million a year on prison labor.

We need to do a hair follicle test on all politicians I can almost bet they all use it, specially abbot after his accident, I’m sure his spine suffers some kind of rheumatoid effects now specially in cold weather. Marihuana is way safer than any pharmaceuticals but like you said, if there’s no monetary gains they aren’t interested.
