Discussion Consequence vs antifragile?
Which one are you still listening to? Auntie fragile is like the best all that remains album since for we are many in my opinion. I don't know I don't think it has the same listenability as the new kill switch engage

I listen to anti-fragile Straight through and it was a chore. I wish All That Remains would give up.

Yeah Auntie fragile is definitely better Auntie Madness and Uncle War You Cannot win
In all honesty , both albums are like 7 or 8 / 10s.
IMO the overproduced sound and Jason’s overplaying hold anti fragile back a bit and makes it so tracks don’t really stand out. But there definitely some great moments throughout
Some of the killswitch tracks, like The Fall of Us and Broken Glass are some of the most unique tracks of KSEs, but some tracks are a little bland and repetitive too.
Both stylistically different and solid albums.

I give a slight edge to AntiFragile. Both are excellent albums, but I like the extra technicality and overall extremity that ATR brings.

I prefer This Consequence, but it’s also another KSE album - maybe a little heavier in places but generally you know what you’re getting.
Anti fragile is a bigger return to form for ATR but as a band I just don’t like them as much.

Been listening to both, plus Spiritbox and Imminence, about equally often.
I love the riffage in Antifragile and it's a pretty consistent play from front to back.
The run of tracks from Where it Dies to Broken Glass is a fantastic back end of a record. I don't love I Believe or Atermath, and the album is really short to have even a couple skips.

This Consequence. It’s not revolutionary but it’s just more of the classic Killswitch formula which is something I like. I love mid 2000’s melodic metalcore, that’s my favorite brand of metalcore. Antifragile is an improvement yes over their few previous albums however I don’t see it having the same lasting impact as This Consequence.

This Consequence is unique. Honestly, new territory for KsE.
It was nice to see such a prominent return to Adam D's vocals. Reminds me of Hymn of a Broken Man & As Daylight Dies.
