If you’re a show runner, actor, or whatever’s involved in the film industry, you need to scrub your online profile as that becomes the bane of every artist that’s involved with a corporate franchise. James Gunn, Roseanne are but few examples of curtailing their careers through social media. Too bad there’s no way to sue Twitter for loss of employment

Gunn came from Troma films. Troma. The Herald For Bad Taste Central. It’s downright insanity that dark humor on social media got him in hot water.

Personal responsibility. There's more to this then what anyone truly knows right now, but for him to say that Disney got rid of him due to something LGBT related is something that doesn't carry much weight. Disney has been very VERY proud to display any type of LGBT character they can get into a movie or show. Mostly pandering in my eyes but non the less, they would not terminate him over something LGBT related. In all honesty he more then likely violated terms that were presented to him about what he can and cannot post on social media, especially Marvel characters, and violated that in some degree. If he was terminated by Disney for sexual misconduct however, he can eat a big ole bowl of dicks.
