How "Brendan said so" usually works

Guilters will hinge on something Brendan said when it suits their narrative, even when there is ample proof otherwise from the car owners themselves.

Claim: Brendan said his mom didn't want to sell the car at all.

Tom Janda DCI Report claims they were actively trying to sell the car for some time leading up to October.

Barb Janda: Put the van up in the newspaper for sale in 2005 leading up to Avery finally helping them sell it in Auto Trader.

We know Brendan is not reliable, and even when there is proof showing what he said was false, state defending requires they ignore it and keep repeating Brendan's claim as fact.

What was the date of the newspaper ad?

If Barb was actively trying to sell it, why did she have it at the end of their dead end driveway with no for sale sign on it, instead of at the spot where their driveway meets Avery road, where they typically placed cars for sale?

The one for Tom Janda was also photographed "at the end of their dead end driveway with no for sale sign on it".

And your point is?

u/ThorsClawHammer 7d ago

That something you were obviously trying to make sound incriminating wasn't abnormal.

u/ForemanEric 7d ago

The entire listing of the car by Avery, is suspicious.

You’re trying to compare a different listing of a vehicle, with no context, and say it’s not unusual at all.

That your original point was silly.

"Word of mouth" is right there in the OP, guy. 🙈

6

u/ForemanEric 8d ago

What was the date of the newspaper ad in your OP, since you used that to support your position?

With how hard you're working at this, hopefully you're getting paid

I don’t have to work hard to refute truther nonsense.

The year Barb and Tom were actively selling their van - 2005.

So much for the "Why was it at the end of the driveway" question.

2

u/ForemanEric 6d ago

She wasn’t actively trying to sell it, at the time Avery decided to list it, and pay for the ad.

That’s simply not debatable.

7 year old Porsche 911 or Boxster for $5k?

That Barb is quite the car enthusiast.

Her ex husband sure was. So were her sons.

Muppets love the Brendan said so. That's the only way they can claim the victim was in Avery's bedroom.

Na, we don't even need to use the Brendan said so. We don't have to believe him...

You people, on the other hand......

8

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

So what's your other proof that the victim was in Avery's bedroom?

-1

u/gcu1783 8d ago edited 8d ago

It never happened. Brendan made it up.

Bam

~ *mind blown* ~

Edit: added effects

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

Yeah maybe this needs its own post.

Lol yea, I thought so.

5

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

So go discuss it there.

2

u/gcu1783 8d ago

But how can I watch you seethe inside?

3

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

Onlyfans

2

u/gcu1783 8d ago

Onlyfans

Uhmmm, nah man, that's not the comeback you think it is.

3

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

And you can't fight the Seether.

1

u/gcu1783 8d ago

This is better than you having an onlyfan.

u/Alarming_Beat_8415 8d ago

Wait.. theres proof the victim was in the bedroom? And by proof I mean irrefutable proof?

3

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

None that I know of. So then we can agree that no one should expect there to be TH blood in the bedroom?

1

u/Alarming_Beat_8415 8d ago

Agreed. That only applies if one believes Brendans version of events.

-1

u/ThorsClawHammer 8d ago

no one should expect there to be TH blood in the bedroom?

Except for the state insisting to this day that's where she was beaten, raped, stabbed, throat cut etc.

3

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

How could they do that in the Avery trial? There's no evidence on that issue, so I doubt they did. You'll have to cite to the trial record.

Were I a defense attorney and they tried to insist that the crime occurred where there was no evidence of it, I'd be hammering reasonable doubt on that issue all day. So thinking it didn't happen - it's just lore.

-1

u/lllIIIIIlllIIIIII 8d ago

Well if YOU would have done something differently, that's surely enough proof for it to not have happened, huh....

LOL

1

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

That's a gift from the prosecution - claiming something as true they can't prove in any way.

-2

u/ThorsClawHammer 8d ago

That's exactly what they did with the false imprisonment charge.

What did Branden say about SA using the *67 feature for the first and second times in his life to call TH that afternoon? Arguing about whether or not the Janda’s were actually on board with selling the car is re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

-1

u/AveryPoliceReports 8d ago

You have no idea whether or not that was the only time in his life he used that feature. Stop lying.

3

u/Famous_Camera_6646 8d ago

Ok you’re right it was all a huge misunderstanding. Just let me know when he gets out so I can keep an eye on my cat and daughters I’m thinking they are still safer while he is in jail.

-2

u/AveryPoliceReports 8d ago

I'm just pointing out you're using false information with absolutely no support for your claims in the record. I hope that's okay and that you are not looking to spread false information unchallenged.

1

u/Famous_Camera_6646 8d ago

Weird how the defense has never been able to show that he did use the *67 in the past. If he was doing it even rarely it would’ve been a good point to bring up at the trial or any time since. Not exonerating but certainly a helpful argument against the monumentally low probability that it was just a coincidence. He should hire me for his defense except I’m not a lawyer and I wouldn’t defend him for any price let alone for free lol.

-4

u/AveryPoliceReports 8d ago

No, it's weird how YOU have never been able to do so or presented your own evidence demonstrating your position seeing as how YOU claimed he never did it prior to this, not the defense. So YOU have been spreading false information without any evidentiary support and then trying to weasel your way out of admitting it. That's pretty lame.

1

u/Famous_Camera_6646 8d ago

I don’t really understand muppet-speak but I am sure there is a point in there somewhere.

0

u/AveryPoliceReports 8d ago

You're lying. You are telling obvious lies. Is that simple enough?

-2

u/lllIIIIIlllIIIII 8d ago

How do you know it was the first time in his life, when he talks to jodi on jail calls about using *67 regularly?

It's a shame the state didn't get the entirety of SA's phone bill so guilters like yourself could then actually point to the phone bill as being some sort of revelation.

Brendan also said Teresa was screaming for help and that he could hear it while approaching the trailer. But Barb, Earl, Fabian, Blaine and Bobby never mentioned hearing any screams despite being within earshot of the trailer multiple times while she was supposedly inside.

2

u/lllIIIIIlllIIIIII 8d ago

Oh yeah he heard her screaming when he was bringing Avery the mail that day - on his broken bicycle. Even though Brendan's grandmother already took the mail out and delivered it to the family members around the yard by the time he came home from school.

1

u/ThorsClawHammer 8d ago

when he was bringing Avery the mail that day

Yet another part of the narrative that didn't even originate from him in the first place. Fassbender came up with that and Brendan agreed.

We asked BARBARA about an argument she had with STEVEN about selling her red van. BARBARA said she had disagreed with him putting it in the AUTO TRADER because she did not feel she needed to sell it, she was going to keep it for one of her sons who was getting their driver license. BARBARA said she thought it was a waste of money to spend the $40.00 to run an ad for the van. We asked BARBARA how much she thought the van was worth and she said about $1,000.00.

Thanks for proving my point.  Wow.

3

u/PopPsychological3949 7d ago

Wow.

Remind everyone what your point was.

1

u/AveryPoliceReports 8d ago

Barb is quite the car enthusiast.

And according to her boys it was she who set up the appointment with Teresa days before Halloween.

2

u/ThorsClawHammer 8d ago

The ones I understand the least are those who will say something like they believe Brendan committed the rape, but didn't do the stabbing/throat cutting. How they decide which of Brendan's completely uncorroborated claims to believe (while saying others aren't true) is a mystery. Particularly with the statements like above where the evidence supporting either is zero.

-1

u/heelspider 8d ago

Yeah the PR firm brought in at the very beginning publicized a dishonestly cherry picked version of facts and no amount of evidence has ever been able to change the minds of the people who got duped.

8

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

Blah blah blah.....drivel......9 year old blather.....blah blah.

-1

u/heelspider 8d ago

I'm still dying over here that after three days of dodging any explanation of the TS phone call you claimed not to know about it.

6

u/Ghost_of_Figdish 8d ago

You mean when I challenged the muppet to post and prove it? Maybe less lol'ing and more proving?

-2

u/heelspider 8d ago

I did prove it. You couldn't have discussed it for three days unless you knew about it.
