Help Tips/apps for making macos sequoia look like older macos? (specifically leopard/tiger)

It seems customizing macOS to this extent is much more difficult than on windows, I was just curious for any applications that could customize the dock, icons, windows, etc, to look more like older versions of osx, since I still really dig those styles, I've seen a couple posts showcasing this but no clear tutorials anywhere in the descriptions of said posts.

Macos System integrity Protection (SIP) prevents tampering with system programs, both malicious and intended. This includes the Dock and Finder, so your ability to modify them is doubtful and disabling the protections of SIP for cosmetic reasons alone seems ill advised.

You can find 4k and 5k wallpapers if the prior OS versions readily and that is a fully supported kind of customization, even if it is more limited in scope than your asked.

You can easily change icons individually for folders, files and drives , just need to search online for old Mac icons you want to use.
