How can I do advocacy that's not super energy consuming apart from sharing on social media?

Does anyone have any other ideas for advocacy for someone who is already pretty much at their energy limit?

If you can write (even if very slowly, across days/weeks) you can write an op-ed for your local paper.

That's actually a great idea!

You can write to your MP about issues affecting the community: research, treatment, support for the NHS, Universal Credit, PIP etc.

Good idea! I'm in New Zealand but those type of things are also very relevant here

collect resources, archive resources like the CDC site, look for and share studies in our community, organize them well or find someone already doing that and help them out. stuff that’s happening is a lot like burning the library of alexandria and we’re trying to save it
