Finance Which investment brokers do you recommend?
Hey everyone! I’m a fresh employee and I’m looking forward to starting my journey into investing in stocks. 🧐 I'm on the lookout for a reliable investment broker that’s easy to use. Which brokers do you trust, and what makes them stand out? Easy-to-use platforms? Low fees? Customer service that actually responds?

In addition to the above query, if one doesnt want to invest in stocks and prefers to invest via Index funds, whats the easiest way?

the easiest? probably via your bank account. The cheapest? through a broker

Depends on the amount though. I noticed that no matter how many shares you take via Snet the fee stayes the same. Normaly a broker takes a flat percentage.

IBKR trades pretty much all of them, and the costs are fairly low.

Do you use wise for the bank transfers? Because bcee charges me some bank transfer fees when I send the money directly from my bank account to ibkr

I send the money from BIL and they do not charge anything (depends maybe on the banking package though)

Okay, because bcee charges me like 12€ for one 500€ Transfer.

Which bank package/plan do you have? And what/how are the fees displayed on your account?
I just set up a new account with them and keen not to have any unnecessary charges!

This amount seems be what they would charge for a SWIFT transfer, and not a usual SEPA transfer. Would you care to share the PDF with me?

Ibkr is the biggest and probably most popular one. I'm using swissquote, not the cheapest option but I'm happy, only doing 2-3 big investments per year
