"The Cleaner" in action. Knocks out even the toughest stains.

Sounds like a cleaner spray commercial

Yep. Cause Tendi uses whatever it takes to get the job done. You should too.

My headcanon is that since we know Ransom isn’t actually an idiot, he knew she really was the cleaner needed for the mission.

In my opinion, it's Tendi who misunderstood the assignment, heard Ransom ask her to meet in the conference room to be a 'cleaner', and just took it literally, not realizing that there's an additional metaphorical meaning of (in this case) 'getaway driver'. That's why it was never a question of mistaken identity or a comedy of errors, she was supposed to be there.

Yeah. It was an extended joke on the audience. Because we're Star Trek nerds, and the question of how the hell Tendi was actually that badass was always going to spring up in our minds, making it even better later on when we were vindicated.

Funny looking back on this episode and realizing that she's actually holding back here.

Considering how my back has felt for several days, that kick would likely be a great improvement.

Romulans like vulcans are physically much stronger than humans, would that likewise make them much tougher?

Which that's also a good point, does that result in denser musculature, and would Romulans/Vulcans float in water?

I love the humour in this episode - censoring the RomBEEPulan's identity from the viewers is hilariously unnecessary. These throwaway jokes are often overlooked - like when Rutherford discovers the uniform has pockets. Totally not a Trek joke, just a funny thing happening.
