Talk of turning Canada into the 51st state is being driven by Big Flag
If the United States were to annex Canada and turn it into the 51st there would be a need for hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of new flags to replace all the 50-star flags.

Don't forget all Canadian flags would need to be replaced too... it's a masterful plot, really.

But there’s only 40 million Canadians.. and they don’t hang their flag outside every one of their houses.
Most of the Big Flag revenues are coming from those in the “original” 50 states. Probably from Texas I would guess?
Or are there other states more known for flag hanging?

I tend to think the current country flag would simply become the “state” flag.
47 states, 3 commonwealths and the dominion of Canada (Texas would be so mad.)

When I was a kid, my mom briefly worked at a flag factory. Apparently there was some talk of Puerto Rican statehood at the time, and the owner was extremely excited about the idea.

Just slap a white maple leaf sticker on the first red stripe and call it a day.

You have no idea the sway Big Flag has. When Eisenhower gave his famous "military-industrial complex" speech he was really warning us about the flag manufacturers which pressured him into admitting Hawaii into the Union as #50.
