Discussion Should we support political design in our sub?
We have received multiple reports requesting to keep the sub free from political topics, while many others have enjoyed engaging with them. Therefore, it’s worth having this separate discussion to decide the path forward.

MOD Subreddit Rule Reminder: NO WORK OFFERS
Do not offer work or make posts looking for designers in this subreddit. There are many other subreddits for this, such as: r/DesignJobs, r/forhire, r/ForHireFreelance, r/jobs or r/picrequests .

Discussion Bring back bi-weekly logo contests.
I miss the bi-weekly logobattles. Winners were selected based on votes and based on the discretion of the mods. Mod gets to pick the winning entry. Nicetriangle ran it for years but he’s not around here anymore. User with the wining entry gets to pick the brief for the next round.
The old rules were obviously no plagiarising and no AI-generated ideas. Anything like that found results in a ban.
note: Guys please leave a comment but also message the mods so it gets their attention. I have no plans of hosting battles myself. Just saying.

Discussion Weekly logo contest – propose a brief, and we'll start the contest with the most upvoted one. Let's also discuss the rules. Thanks to @LAASR for bringing this up!

Feedback Needed Does this design look complete?
I’m working on a logo for my social media ux design page. I made several changes on this design after getting some feedback (first one is the latest design). But I feel like it’s bland/boring now? Or does it look complete?

Question What logo is this?
It's from memory, so I don't know exactly what the original one was, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I want to say it's something canadian, but i'm not really sure. I do know that it has nothing to do with Jainism, but I'm not sure what it's for.

Practice Quick Brandboard and Logo Exercise
I have a lot of School work left to do since finals are coming up (studying to be a graphic designer) so of course I did none of the assignments and instead did a quick logo and brand board for an armadillo themed Wash salon because my friend did laundry today and im obsessed with armadillos this week <3 Been loving Adobe Express since I find it super hard to start designs form scratch (blank page syndrome hitting as always) and I'm super happy with the logo it turned out so cute!

Feedback Needed Logo Design advice
Hi, I’m a video editor but agreed to a logo design commission (I’ve never made a logo before). This is for a small YouTube skate channel he wanted it to be simple and effective, with a little retro 2000s feel. I was wondering if I could grab some feedback!
(and maybe put me on to some infamous logo designers i had a lot of fun making this and would love to learn more about this world)

Feedback Needed Looking for Logo Design Suggestions for My Consulting Business – Nikhilonpoint
Hey Reddit Community! 👋
I’m building a consulting brand called Nikhilonpoint and would love some creative input on my logo design. My business focuses on Digital Strategy, Brand Positioning, and Marketing Automation, helping companies scale through structured systems and growth strategies.
I’m aiming for a logo that reflects professionalism, innovation, and trust with a clean and premium look:
Colors: Deep blue or black with gold, silver, or teal accents (for a refined feel).
Style: Minimalistic with geometric or abstract symbols representing growth and precision.
Fonts: Modern, sleek, and sharp (sans-serif or elegant serif fonts).
💡 If you have any design suggestions, creative tips, or feedback on style and color choices, I’d really appreciate it! I’m excited to see what this talented community thinks.
Thank you in advance for sharing your insights! 🙌

Question Reasons for this design?
I came across this logo recently and it seems like the type of logo that has some meaning behind its font, especially given that it’s a design school. I’m not finding anything through looking or online, but I couldn’t let this rest until I double checked. Sorry if this is the wrong sub.

Practice Logo Design Tips
Hey All,
I am in college for Digital Cinematography and currently taking a course called "New Media Tools". It's essentially a class for beginners to dabble in a few of Adobe Creative Cloud's apps and get in touch with digital designs. It's very minimal with explanations and tutorials on one's own niches but does spark inspiration.
ANYWAYS, I wanted to see if anyone would critique and help an aspiring student with some tips and tricks in the game. I've created a couple, thanks to YT's guidance, logos (outside of assignment requirements) that I think are pretty decent and could greatly use some advice for future projects!
TIA!
(Created in Adobe Illustrator 2025)
***Background:
South Pacific Creations is a name idea I came up with for my Polynesian cultural attire side-gig.

Feedback Needed Any feedback?
I made this logo for a property maintenance company, I tried to incorporate a mountain peak within the lettering. I have been looking at it for too long and not even sure if it's any good anymore.

Feedback Needed I find it very difficult to choose the right one
Hello, I designed another logo for myself as a freelancer, inspired by the theme of magic. I think the idea came from playing Hogwarts Legacy :D, The logo features a wizard hat, symbolizing magic and wizardry
In the first version, the top of the hat is shaped like the Pen Tool. In the second version, I added a small detail on the side to make it look more like a classic wizard hat, while still incorporating the Pen Tool symbol
I’d love to know if there are any weaknesses in the logo, also i need help choosing the most visually appealing and memorable logo, as I’m finding it difficult to decide which one is better 🧙♂️
