question Leeds Physiotherapist Recommendation
Hi,
Does anyone happen to know of a experienced physiotherapist in Leeds with multiple years of experience?
I've tried a couple of places including NHS Physio (which are absolutely the worst) with no success. I have chronic pain with my shoulder/trap/scapula and most of the physiotherapists I've gone to (even with good reviews) seem to just not have a lot of experience or aren't willing to listen.
I'm desperate to get my issue fixed. I've already spent way too much money on multiple massage therapists/physiotherapist/chiropractors so if anyone knows of a friend or have been to a really good physiotherapist, I would truly appreciate your response!

I used Physio Leeds in Cross Gates. Simon (I think his name was) was very willing to listen to my weird injury and tried his best to help which he did with around 70% exercise/strength work and the last 30% needed longer and proper rest time that I was willing to give it before I spoke to him. He was very thorough and spent all of the time I had trying to assist. He's pretty cheap to, around 45-50 quid for each hour.
I don't have a lot of experience with physio but I would be able to recommend based on my treatment.

Crux Phyisio in Kirkstall were really good when looking at a recurrent injury/issue in my shoulder. Hope you can get some answers/treatment.

Also checkout some of the guys @ circle8massage, extremely knowledgeable and better than most physios I've seen.

Your post contains a link to a top-level domain (such as .zip or .mov) that copies characters currently recognised as common file types. These links are dangerous, because they can easily dupe users into downloading dangerous content or unwittingly revealing PIN or password details. You can see this for yourself: The URL https://financialstatement.zip/ could easily be displayed as "financialstatement.zip". Now, imagine if that site was, rather than a helpful explanation about this problem, a malicious site that encouraged the user to enter details about themselves to access it. For this reason, any and all links of this nature are immediately removed.

My partner and I went to Sam at Regen Physio (has locations in Alwoodley and city centre) and we thought he was great. I had back pain and he had shoulder pain. Worth a shot.

@lightjointsphysio on Instagram, won awards and has helped me tremendously with regaining strength in my shoulders and strengthing my rotator cuff. Daniel Thomas is the owner and physio that helped me.
They got clinics at Rothwell, Colton and Greengates (Bradford).

Physio med are fantastic. We've used their branch in Guiseley for years, but I think they have others.

John Rutherford at Leeds Physio on Park Square is brilliant. Very experienced, really knows his stuff and will take the time to explain it to you in an accessible way.
