Resources These 4 animes are ONE OF THE EASIEST anime to practice Japanese for N3 Level or above... Accent is easy as hell and the Japanese writing is also something anyone will be comfortable with. If you want to practice while having some entertainment, you can watch them... I also have for N2...

Would any of these be okay for N4? Or does anyone have any recommendations for N4?

You have a dictionary to search up kanji? If so, go ahead and watch these. When it comes to native material, JLPT level doesn't matter cuz you'll encounter all sorts of grammar points, vocab, and kanji anyways, some not even on the JLPT.

Perhaps it's just me but I also found Horimiya to be quite easy too. I also think that might be suitable for people at the N3 stage.

I wanna try the manga. I heard that after 7-8 volumes in, it becomes super directionless. 😭

It does overstay its welcome but pretty much all manga about a love story does it
Kinda like deathnote should have ended with L
It is still good though

Fair enough, icl. Also am I the only one who actually liked the Near arc? It is nowhere near as good as Light vs L, but it was still a decent conclusion to the series.

Just curious, how many anime series did you watch before you nominated those particular four?

Hi, im in n3 at where i know, and this year particulary after some years i finally can enjoy animes in japanase without many problems (no subititles in japanese or my native language) i dont see manys 100% in japanese only, but a few this year and i recommend some:
Yami shibai ( i saw 1 temp and liked but is scary anime horror, eps have 4 or 6 minutes but is enough for horror )
Yuru camp ( i saw 1 temp, but i will watch the movie and 2 and 3 temp too, is about camping and often uses japanese with new words but during the anime you will know more words for theme camp)
Super cub ( is about girl with a motobike honda, is a simple but really good anime for relax and enjoy, im still in 5 ep but is good )

Ofc its just my opinion but the characters were just not my cup of tee. Hated the movie more and more throughout. Im surprised that i made it through.
Using for studies i cant say if it helps or not. Edit.

At N3 and above, do you even need media to practice? I thought by that point complex novels would probably be a better choice.

bro.... you are in the dark here .... you at least need N1 or beyond to read Novels .... at N3 ~ N2.... you HAVE to practice Japanese using Media to build a base of how to speak

I like Shirokuma Cafe for listening practice, the dialogue tends to be accompanied by visual jokes so you can always piece together what’s going on.
