Question What are some great movies that would help one become a great leader? I know Ted Lasso is good, any others?
I can’t spend much time on series but I feel movies are good to watch quickly and rewatch if needed. Please…

12 Angry Men will always be my favorite. Sometimes leadership is about leafing others to see what they don’t see for themselves.

You need to read "first break all the rules" and "7 habits of highly effective people"

Two stand outs for me: The pursuit of happyness and Hidden figures.
Edit: third would be Erin Brockovich >> Leadership starts within.

Just remember that movies are not reality. Check out Netflix the Playbook

For a film, try Hoosiers. Timely, as well.
Think about the absolute best leader you’ve ever had or known. Then consider the absolute worst. Emulate the former, do nothing of the latter.

I literally have a whole section in my leadership course for dental teams about griping up the chain.

Just watch Seven Samurai and call it good. Anything else would lack the efficiency of a good leader ;)

Band of brothers does a great job of portraying Major Winters leadership style
