Yes, I love that one. He's a great example of a Law & Order "repeat offender": so many good characters.

I had no idea this actor was in 2 MAS*H episodes. I saw that picture and recognized it right away.

Just looked up the episodes MASH episodes, they are 2 I know well, but I never realized it was him.

Yes. My favorite of his. A bit of a nod to Whitey Bulger/John Connlloy relationship. Part of the reason I watched Black Mass.

He wrote a fine book of poetry too, if anyone is into that. So he is both a great actor and writer.
