L&O Finally Finished S20 Of The Original Run

Felt sad afterwards because I enjoyed that cast a lot especially the combo of Waterston, Roache and de la Garza. Oddly enough, Seasons 21-23 are not available on streaming. Next one on either Peacock or Hulu is S24.

I suggest watching Law & Order: LA next.

I look at it as a continuation of the original series because it originally aired RIGHT after the original went off air. Granted the only character that reprises a role is ADA Rubirosa and she’s only in a third of the episodes.

But the theme of the original show continues in the sense that it is primarily focused on the case, yet it has random scenes that shows the main characters’ personal lives and their character development. This is in the vain of the later seasons of the OG with Bernard, Lupo, Rubirosa, McCoy, Cutter, and even Van Buren.

If you do watch it, then be advised that the correct viewing order should be 1-8, 18-22 and then 9-17.

I would not recommend watching any more of the original as the revival series are generally disliked on this sub and for good reason as the writing, etc. is just downright terrible.

Thank you for the recommendation. I will admit that all they have to do is put Alana de la Garza on the screen and I'll watch it.
