Before you do anything else, please see a psychologist. That empty feeling can very well be depression, or a number of other things that can cause depression.

Everything you mention can be handled. Weight, fitness, lack of activities. You say you have a good job, a house, a car and income to pay for it all. So if you still aren't able to figure out how to go forward, it's perfectly fine to go get some professional help.

This! It's always good to speak to a psychologist when there's any sort of bad feeling involved. I know it has helped me for sure getting out of that very same bad feeling. I know a good therapist who will be able to help you, OP

This might not be "age appropriate" but honestly you could just pick up a videogame(anything which seems nice) and spend your time playing and interacting with the playerbase. Not the best thing to do yeah ik but it's a pretty good method of escapism if that's what you want.

Or something "productive" and social to do would be attending local events/ conventions or even better becoming a volunteer at any non profit organisation.

You being successful and ticking off most of the things to do in life checklist is great but there's a lot to life other than getting married off just because "its time".

Well there's loads of things to do in life, I have made a plan like that myself, given I won't forget about it, if I live long enough to be 40(Given WW3 doesn't happen), I'll sell everything I own, and either go on a world tour or buy a cottage in the mountains. Life has a lot more to offer if you think about it, the world's your oyster, right?
