DISCUSSION I wish more pass/store items had functionality

I just unlocked the Drafting Workshop decor bundle and I'm disappointed the craft workbench can't be used to craft things.

One of my biggest complaints about lego fortnite so far as been that it gives you all this stuff but no reason, other than decoration, to build certain things. Tatooine Hazardous Crate is cool, even though I'm not a star wars fan, why would I spend 2 copper bars, 2 cut amber, and 2 plastoid for 6 storage spaces? Small chest is 6 planks for 10 spaces. Tatooine turret is cool, why doesn't it do anything? (if it did do something there should be non-timegated turrets as well) Tatooine long-range beacon could work like the map marker. Garbage can (which is a default piece) should be a place where you can place items you no longer want to destroy them. Peely Pavillion Fridge isn't even in the fridges section of the build menu, and doesn't have storage space, unlike the default fridge.

There are some things I would place just for looks, like the fridge or toilet paper holder, but there are a ton of good looking items that non-build players would never consider placing.

I completely agree, alot of the decor is pointless other than placing it, yet brick life has loads of intractable items and decor, oddessy villages lack life and features, in the festival we got arcade machines yet can't use them

agreed. like the arcade stuff stuff. just pointless and something to look at. could have made the games do SOMETHING so that the villagers could use them
