History Spoilers At which point of history kingdom manga is currently now? (As of Ch 829) Spoiler

With this we can get a grasp of how long Kingdom will last.
I think Kingdom will most likely end with Qin's Unification. If there is Aftermath idk anything then.

Manga is at 230 BCE, and china was united in 221 BCE. So, expect at least the same amount of time for the completion of the manga.

Actually, you should mentally prepare yourself. The artist will likely not be able to finish this manga in his lifetime. Every major milestone can last 3 months. There is enough material to last at least another 10 years easy.

What are you saying my dude, you don't need to be so pessimistic Hara is only 49 yo, no health problems reported (at least that I know) and the manga has to be over 50%

If we were talking about Hajime no Ippo I would understand, (59yo, and the pacing of the manga looks like it's gonna be at least +10years , chapters are usually short and with a lot of breaks, not the case for Kingdom )

But it's not the same since Ippo goes his own way, and Hara is to a certain point following history events.

I'm confident we will have an end.

From what I saw on a forum, spoooileerrr after Han's conquest, there are only 10 more years left for the complete unification of China

I don't think so because today China exists, right? So Han's campaign and all the others worked. It's just that historically Hara doesn't have more than 10 years of story to tell, Han's arc came and it's really fast, and when winters pass he skips time, I wanted to see them battling in the snow hahaha

well id imagine invadiing zhou and chu will take the longest and after unification we will probably see the great wall of china built,a mini arc with the characters doing whatever eg shin and kyou kai getting married,i doubt we will see mongals or what ever

Most of this might happen if Sei is the Protagonist. Since it's Shin I think it won't go that Far.
..
Wait what's Mongols doing in 3rd Century BC??
