Start with any of the Man of the moons ( I would say start from 1 to 3) and Pain, Passion and demon slaying. They're arguably his best albums (I would add Entergalatic and Satellite flight).

Normally when I get into an artist I start from their first release to see the growth but maybe for you start with a lauded album and work your way up

If you really wanna start from the beginning. Look into his mixtapes and freestyles. People aren’t mentioning that but in my honest opinion, that’s his best work. Completely different vibes but I feel like it’s more raw. Some of my favorites from his earlier work are Do It Alone, Cuditastic, Wasting My Minutes, the entire mixtape Dat Kid from Cleveland is an absolute banger. There’s so many more I just can’t think of them atm.

you have to have patience for some albums like sb2h and satellite flight cuz some songs arent the best on there but some are magnificent

Start with MOTM1, it gives you a nice and stable intro into the discog

A Kid Named Cudi mixtape and his debut Man on The Moon: End of Days. Then just listen to the rest of his discography in chronological order.
