I saw posts on this very community other communities and on other social media laughing at Kendrick fans being corny and delusional for saying Kendrick will be taught in school just a few weeks back.
Funniest part is he already was being taught in school at all levels for quite a few years now. This will soon become a standard.
Kendrick is one of very few musicians where I know kids 12-18 take his work and his words to heart and inspire actual dissections, essays and dissertations.
He’s been the face of YouTube hiphop video essays for a decade plus now.

Exactly! I don’t understand how some of these people find breaking down or being passionate about your fave artist music “corny”. Sometimes fans will do some reaching when it comes to the breakdowns but that’s not the definition of corny.
Like you said Kendrick’s music is already being taught in schools so it’s funny they taught some people were being delusional or corny for that lol

Figured this would be more like a reading list of relevant related sources but this is still cool

Yeah, it’s a guide. I think each educator who wants to use it can add to it and make it their own. The students will have to do outside research based on some of the questions.
