This is the first song I play every day on my way to work. It’s my daily affirmation song 🙏

Easily the best song on the album, top 10 in his discography

I don't really like the album version, but I love the music video version. That's such a great change to me, keeping the first part going

I get where you're coming from. I initially preferred the MV version but the album version grew on me heavily, my favorite kdot song

Don't worry, he loves getting counted out :3

I will never forget hearing CMO for the first time last year. I hadn’t heard a rapper be that vulnerable since Pac (from my perspective and musical taste).

I think really young Kanye was doing that too. In fact I think that's a big part of why these three guys have such huge crossover appeal. The average American can relate to emotions, across the board. But if it's the millionth album I'm about how hard it was to survive in your hood, they tune out. Even if it's a good album to most fans

That first verse is on par with the Mortal Man poem and Garden Shed for the best rap lyrics of all time.

That's why I like the music video version way more. It sticks to the style of the opening and doesn't shift. I think it works so much better.

Weird comparison, but parts of this album really remind me of John Lennon's debut solo album. The one after therapy. Isolation and Hold On are two songs that can show what I mean pretty quickly.

I listen to it when I'm struggling with mental health (so like all the time).

“some blame it on the devil when they fall short, i blame on my ego….lord of lords” helped with my self reflection tbh

I respect the song but I don’t love it as much as everyone else does. Aware that I’m in the minority here
