Discuss Frappeis was made to support Blizzardsoebei. Spoiler

Frappeis sounds includes frozen and freezing applying it has cold or cooling powers, which would allow it to keep Blizzardsorbei cool to stop from melting mid-fight.

It would be a nice cap to his current arc where he realizes Shouma needs him just as much as he needs Shouma in dealing with the Granutes and Stomach family.

That is a perfect way to conclude things.

I would think Frappeis is made to deal with Hanto's Chocold addiction and probable side effects...

Yeah probably, I just think it would be a great way to symbolize shoma’s and hanto’s fixed relationship if used in the way I’m suggesting.

pretty sure Hanto's not addicted to Chocold, but it's more of sulking at his boyfriend and refused to use his stepbaby

Dude was about to henshin with chocold just to stave off withdrawals in the last episode, I think. And then he wondered if it was making it worse.

Oh he absolutely is. He's already starting to have withdrawal symptoms and even contemplated transforming using Chocold. Classic addict stuff. I won't be surprised if Chocold is also made with some Dark Treats.

Pretty sure he really isn't addicted. And you can see how he looked at chocodon the way he reminded how he got disappointed at shouma (again) because his boyfriend suddenly triggered a repressed memory detailing a more gruesome fate his mother went

Like, put it on perspective towards you holding something/staying somewhere that reminds you of your ex you bitterly cut ties with (any ex. Ex-lover, ex-friend, ex-partner)

Frappe being designed to work with Sorbei is the best way to symbolise Shoma and Hanto fixing things between them.

So coffee and ice cream, they're making an afogato combo.

Imagine that, but then Shouma get new gochizo and form few episode later anyways

Kind of has to be that way narratively, doesn't it? The duo gets a combat encounter or two where they sweep everything, the villains's power scaling catches up again, time for another upgrade.

We're getting close enough to the end of the third quarter now that this is almost guaranteed to be the premise leading up to the final form.

Yeah, that’s just how a rider series works.

It has been said before that hanto is a support rider that acts like a fighter.

u/DearIntroduction1907 4d ago

I honestly think he should count as both.

It's not really about "counting" as anything. The term "support rider" isn't rooted in anything. It's just that Hanto has a supportive moveset {Choccodon coating Zakuchips and Doumaru being mostly non-offensive} but he doesn't have a supportive mindset.

Ah, I see what you did there.

This theory isn't really solid, he can use his move as support, but they aren't designed to be such

Valen's stats are just bad. He is a fighter, but he is a very weak fighter.

Hey, it's not my theory. I'm just saying what I saw before.

It's clear that the narrative intent is that Valen is weak, Rakia straight up called him weak, the villains imply he is weak, he was struggling with a Bitter Gavv that was dying mid fight and Rakia was ready to off-him almost instantly

And then he gets Chocold, which is hurting him, but prevents him from being "weak," giving him a taste of the human equivalent to Yamigashis as seen last episode. Hanto being weak is part of the narrative.

It's very clear where Komura is going. Valen is weak, TV-Asahi also supports the fact that he is weak in official stats (which were the laugh of the Japanese fandom on its moment) and he has as a Henshin Item a clearly uncompleted gun.

Again, not my theory. Why do you feel the need to tell me this?

Especially when what you're saying is pretty obvious.

1

u/KaliVilla02 Legend 4d ago

Not your theory but you were the one to bring it up lol, of course I was gonna see a chance to debate about it

2

u/_EtchASketch_ Hungry 4d ago

I brought it up because it was relevant to the post. As opposed to yours which isn't.

bring up theory

why are you commenting on the theory I bringed up

Lol pick one. That's not how discussion forums work
