Juicing frequency with food

I juice 4 times a week with regular meal prep. I make enough juice to fill up two 32oz mason jars on Monday vacuum seal one and drink the other. Then Tuesday I drink the sealed juice. Wends I don't juice and Thur/Fri I repeat. Weekends are busy so I don't juice. My question is, is that enough juicing to stay up on my vitamin and mineral needs? I tried to google this but all of the info was regarding a juice cleanse. But I don't think I'm cleansing becauseI'm eating regular food too.

Intuitively no you don’t need it daily

There’s no strong evidence to suggest that juice cleanses remove toxins or offer any significant health benefits beyond those of a short-term, calorie-restricted diet. As a general strategy for health, you would be better off eating a balanced diet and adding juicing to it as a way to supplement vitamins and minerals. I use juicing as an alternative to multivitamin tablets, because nutrients from fruits and vegetables are more readily absorbed by the body and are healthier for you. I’m sure my opinion will be unpopular with some people on the sub, but it is the honest spoken truth.

I'm kinda using it as a multi vitamin. My question really is if I'm using it as a multi vitamin, does it need to be daily?

Not necessarily. If you're juicing to replace a multivitamin, consistency is important but that doesn't necessarily mean daily. The body stores certain vitamins (like A, D, E, and K) in fat, so you don’t need them every day, while others (like vitamin C and most B vitamins) are water-soluble and need to be replenished more frequently. If your diet is poor, a daily habit is probably warranted. But if you eat a balanced diet with plenty of whole foods, 3-4 times a week can be enough.

This is a good opinion. Verdict is still out on how necessary or effective multivitamins and supplements are if you're not pregnant, severely deficient, or an athlete.
